طرح پویش
دانشگاه آزاد در راستای تقویت توانمندی دانشجویان در ارتباط با صنعت و بازار کار راه اندازی شده است. این طرح موجب تربیت دانشجویان با مهارتی خواهد شد که همزمان با تحصیل در دانشگاه ، مهارت های لازم را از طریق اشتغال در نهادهای مختلف کسب می کنند.
هدف از برگزاری طرح پویش دانشگاه آزاد آشنایی دانشجویان با محیط کار است . بطوری که دانشجو صرفاً در محیط دانشگاه نباشد و به صورت تجربی نیز در محیط کار اداری و صنعتی نیز حضور داشته باشد.

اکروماشین و طرح پویش
در حالی که دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرج در پی یافتن شغل هستند شرکت اکرو ماشین با همکاری دانشگاه آزاد در طرح پویش ، اشتغال دانشجویان را تعمین می کند.
این طرح علاوه بر کارآفرینی در میان دانشجویان باعث میشود دانشجویان بتوانند بخشی از شهریه خود را پرداخت کنند. در طرح پویش دانشجو همزمان با تحصیل ، مهارت های لازم را کسب میکند و بعد از گذراندن دوره ها ، تبدیل به نیروی توانمندی برای بازار کار می شود.
ارتباط دانشگاه و شرکت اکروماشین یکی از اهداف اصلی است که طرح پویش شکاف بین دانشگاه و صنعت را پر میکند و دانشجو برای پرداخت شهریه با مشکل مواجه نمیشود و بعد از فارق التحصیلی با تجاربی که کسب کرده در همان صنعت مشغول به کار شده.
در طرح پویش دانشگاه آزاد ، دانشکده مهارت و کارآفرینی یک قرارداد تفاهم نامه مشترک را با مراکز صنعتی اداری و تولیدی امضا خواهد کرد. سپس دانشجویان متقاضی شرکت در دوره پس از کسب حداقل مهارت ها و توانایی لازم برای کارآموزی به نهاد و یا ارگان مورد نظر برای گزینش و ثبت نام کار دانشجویی آزاد معرفی می شوند.
